(With no history of delinquency) I was late on ONE car note payment and the car was repossessed and auctioned off.
I called to check if it was repossessed the day of.
They said that they sent a "stamped" letter in the mail however I didn't receive a physical copy. (This legally covers them, if they send a letter. Doesn't matter if you get it or not)
I was told by Brian (Last name unknown)...

I went to ""Pyramid Used Cars in Memphis,Tn"" on 4/3/13 to get my 03 cadillac deville out of layaway the total down payment 3,000 down. and when I got it home it started having problems on the the first week of having it. the gas hand was not working at all and white smoke was coming out the tail pipe and i couldn't pass the inspection.so i took the crappy car back to them to get fixed. this the funny part, i pick the car up the next day and i thought they fix the car which they didn't I'm half way to the house the car started to trimble so i pull at a gas station thinking I'm running...

I have just purchased my second car from pyramid. My first car was an pontiac bonneville. The one i just bought is a 1998 nissan altima. I paid cash for both of them & trust it wasnt much. My salesman is cruz please give him a call, ?
