The nurses were great & took good care of my son when they were here. However, communication is lacking with management. I have to ask what's going on with insurance approvals or denials. I have to stay on them about coverage for days they don't have a nurse scheduled. Sometimes I find out at the last minute who is even coming. When I complained about them not informing me of things, I was told I was ""stressed"". Now, I am looking for another home health company and let them know that. To this they responded with ""Ok, let us know if you change so we can help make it a smooth transition""....
