Not very helpful and rude. Came in to see about getting a cable and they acted like I was making them do their job.

Worked for Prolific for close to five years. Very well educated management that work hard to make the customer happy. Brian,Chris, and Aaron always watch their technicians to make sure the customer is treated professionally.

They will not call you when the work is done. There is also something about their arrogant attitudes that leaves you feeling like they really have no idea what they are talking about. I would rather drive to KC to get my computer fixed.

They are not timely concerning their work load and then they will not call you to notify you when the work is complete. You will have to stay on top of them.

Fantastic! Johnathan was so helpful & informative to my million questions without hesitation. They went above and beyond to make sure my computer was up in running quickly & reassured my overprotective self that they would take care of it and to just breathe!
