Worst Company in Jacksonville. It doesn't matter what they are wearing or driving- the service is simply despicable. I have been trying to deal with them for the past two years since our house came with a unit from them. The receptionist is unsympathetic and rude. It takes days for them to show up, then tell you it will cost thousands of dollars to fix it. In the past I have had a repairman come to my house at night asking for a check for payment- I was later told he was stealing money from the company. Worst customer service that i have ever experienced. I waited a day and a half and made 5 0r 6 phones calls to check my status on requested air conditioner service and all i ever recieved was "i'll call you back". If you need service, i recommend you try someone else.

Preferred Services have had a change in the service group of men that are now employed. They are professional in troubleshooting your system. Yes, this is a very hard job especially during the summer months. So yes ,when they show up they are in shorts and probaly hot and sweaty but they will get your system working , that means if parts are not needed to be ordered. I would and have referred this company many times and I will continue to recommend this company. What other company do you know of that make service calls on holidays and late evening hours meaning after 10 pm.
