I was very pleased with the availability, punctuality, professionalism and cost of the service provided. Our basement sump pump had stopped working, and it ended up being replaced, but not until the technician had ruled out any kind of malfunction or blockage. A few hours later we were back in business. I will definitely call "John" again. :-)
They left a big mound of dirt running through my yard and said it would settle in 6 months and that if it didn't they would come fix it. Spoke to the owner on the phone and he was very rude. He said that they do not do landscaping and that they were not going to fix. Now it is 1.5 years later and I still have a big hill running through my front yard.
