Love this place. I have learned so much since I started taking classes here. They are really into self-defense and preparing you for real world incidents. My whole family takes classes here and the atmosphere is awesome for both the kids and adults.

My 8 year old loves it! He is learning so much and enjoys attending classes. He has met so many great new friends. The dojang is very clean and organized. I like that this location is family...

My son and I both train here. There are several things I like about the program. As a mother, I like that they encourage politeness, kindness, and other values I also believe are important. At this school it's not just about the techniques, but also about becoming a better, stronger individual inside and out. Secondly, I admire the emphasis on using the correct technique for a safe experience...

My son loves this school and looks forward to his classes. His teachers have a great rapport with the kids. I have observed other martial arts studios in the area and I chose Paks Ponte Vedra for my son because the instructors are knowledgable, enthusiastic, and professional when it comes to instruction and I felt that my son would learn more from Paks Ponte Vedra.
