Jackie's comments above are unfortunate and seem to lack the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain a car. I've been using this business for nearly a decade and appreciate their knowledge and thorough approach to doing a good job. Are they perfect? Well, no one is. But they do continually strive to serve me in an honest and open way. If you're expecting cheap maintenance...

Even with an appointment it takes this place an hour to do a simple oil change. The young man at the desk had no explanation or apology...just that's the way it is. Over $30 for a basic oil change....and they charge $3 just to check the other car fluids!!!! Won't be going here again.

Paid them $140 to go to the airport and fix my husband's flat. Subsequently the wheel came loose nearly causing him a terrible accident on the interstate. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistake saying that it was "basically impossible" that it had occurred. They offered a 1/3 refund saying that "afterall we did the job." Update: the owner called me and took full responsibility...
