The salesman was a young man, very courteous, but that ended w/the Sales Mgr, Nolan, who refused to negotiate, basically saying "take it or leave it" & boasting that they had a long list of customers waiting for the vehicle. It was arrogance on his part which resulted in the loss of the sale.

Service Dept. RIP OFFs ..Was told they couldnt replace our cars Starter unless it "was dead" meaning we had to wait till we got stuck somwhere and be towed in "to verify the problem as the Starter..(Loosers) ...Took the car to Tony Honda in Waipio who said it was obviously the starter and changed it while we waited...We should of bought our car from the Waipio Dealer on the first...
