The atmosphere is very pleasant. However, even taking into consideration the phone consultation during which doctor goes over her fees, I think it would be better moral practice to notify the client that the two hour session has ended and leave it up to the client to pursue anther hour which is an extra 150 dollars, on top of the 375 dollar initial fee for the first two hours, instead of...
