Don't use PEP BOYS ON LANE AV got high grade oil change w tire rotation and I knew I had a hole in the tire asked them to plug it and check the tires please they did plug the tire . On our way back to Florida, our car's alternator and battery died on a Sunday in Savannah, Georgia. The Pep Boys in Savannah was too busy and would not service us so we took a AAA tow to Jacksonville, Florida to this Pep Boys which was the only one open. We arrived one half hour before they were scheduled to close and they took us and worked 90 minutes overtime to get us back on the road. I...

2 days 2 appts to simply transfer a set of tires from another store before I take a long drive. Big waste time with lazy employees and bad service!

All the employees are amazing. My car broke down on the way back to NJ, and the manager Heather and the rest of the crew went out of their way to fix our car and get us back on the road.
