He came & saw the work (front fence) & promised he will give me price in 3- days. I heard nothing from him after a week, so I called him & emailed him. Still after two weeks & leaving a few voicemails & emals, I have not heard anything from Oscar.
Seems he is afraid of returning my call & say for example he doesnt like me or my work .....or he is too lazy/busy to calculate a price!
