I never write reviews but had to share two TERRIBLE experiences here. I took my Omega here twice to have it serviced and they took months each time. Worst, they didn't honor their first service and tried to charge me $410 to work on it again a year and a half later.

You can expect better service from McDonalds. I am extremely disappointed in what I thought was a premium brand. I am getting rid of my Omega. Buyer beware-Omega Jacksonville is not an outfit you want to deal with!
