I would have to say this place was a score because finding anything on the east side of 3rd street under a grand is very hard!!!! The management team is very respectful and helpful if and when there is any kind of issue. When a problem arises they respond immediately and professionally. The only negative I perceive is that the rent is on the high end in my opinion. With that said I give them a four star rating.
