Nurse and supervisor lack professionalism when dealing with patient's concerns and questions. Being proactive in one's health appears to frustrate some staff members.

Very Imcompetant! Went in 6 days ago to have blood drawn and it still has not been read was told that letters go out. I went in on an emergency due to lightheadedness and I am a diabetic and have several other health issues. I just moved here from Columbia MO where I had the best healthcare at University Hospital and Clinics. If you are dying or have some serious issues do not go to this...
