I have used this company for well over 20 years. It is a smaller company catering to residents north of the river where we have dismal odds of getting a Yellow Cab (The ONLY competition which envelops Checker Cab and others under one umbrella) unless we are going a huge distance. Yellow Cab drivers do NOT have to take a call if they don't want to and we north of the river can sit for hours...

I called to get a quote and was informed they don't give quotes, the gentlemen went to put me on hold and hung up on me called back a second time they picked up the phone and hung up on me, then a third time the same thing happened again. This is not a friendly company. I will go to a competitor to have better customer service.
