Talked to a guy name Rick. He was very rude as if he did not want to be working. He doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I have used North Florida in the past and the service was great....North Florida just needs to get rid of Rick...he will eventually bring your business down...perhaps that is why he sounded so miserable.
