The staff is unprofessional and rude with a facility that is NOT 100% functional. My 3 year old had to use the restroom and was out of order. Where do they go potty throughout the day? The convenience store that they sent me to? Out of 8 employees NOT 1 apologized. They have 4 desk personnel that do NOT give you courtesy information whether they accept any insurance.
