Had a boiler system installed by Bob Niebuhr in 2010. He was the only guy I could find who knew his way around that kind of system. He spent a lot of time getting me up and going - nights etc. so that we wouldn't be in the cold.

When we built our home in 1986 Mr. Niebuhr installed out central AC and furnace. During the following years we have had some of the usual residential problems.
