This is the second time I’ve had issues with this branch. The first time it took you guys 6 months to create my business account because of an error with how your employees were inputing my tax Id number. Now I’m here to get help with signing my mortgage documents, and you have no one on staff to help me. Zero underwriters in the state! Makes me wonder why I’m even going through Navy. I have...

The tellers are always friendly. This is the only location I know of in town. Of course it is going to be busy around the typical payday times, but the wait usually seems pretty minimal. I do like that you can use any CU Anytime ATM without a service fee. Good rates on auto loans.

it's a good bank...however one thing has always bugged me.....if you make a CASH deposit after a certain time it doesn't post til the next business day....a cash deposit should be IMMEDIATE no matter what time it is if it's done in the bank....only bank I've ever been at where it does that....
