They do very nice work. We have used Paula and Eric several times and plan to use them again in the future. They have some cleaning methods that others do not, leaving the carpet exceptionally clean and fresh. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend!

I contacted Naturewise Chem-Dry on behalf of Allstate Peterbilt of South St. Paul to see if they could clean cubical wall panels. We just completed a remodel and the panels had been in storage and had stains and marks that we expected would never come out. After meeting with Paula and Eric they were willing to give it a try. Paula and Eric came to my house to evaluate the possibility of removing cat urine from my couch and recliner. After assessing the situation, they told me that there was so much cat urine buried deep in the upholstery, that their treatment would not be able to get rid of it all. I am soooo very impressed with this company! To be ethical and not promise what they could do is just amazing in this day and age. I'm telling all of my cat parent friends to use them!!
