My husband and I scheduled pickup for 4:15 AM, 25 Aug to go to the airport - barely 15 min drive. I talked to the driver several times and he wouldn't let me finish about directions - he said he knew where it was. After waiting half hour, we had our daughter wake our 2 young grandsons to take us to the airport. By 4:50 the kids were in the car and then the cab driver showed up. No apologies or...
