I had use this company before and thought they were reasonable(Pricing was at the time). Recommended to anothe and was told of poor response. I called for service and my calls were never returned as promised. I wasted 2 days waiting for a followup call from these guy's, and told by others this is the norm for this company. I guess they are very busy, but not with my business or further recomendations.
What Sams club needs to do is find arrangements with Visa and American Express card companies and get rid of GE Money.
GE Money are not going through request to try and at least lower the rates or aprs.
With that said, they were told the other day that I am practically done with them in 3 months if I can get my other cards down a little bit more.
It sucks being in debt but if you can...
The answer is: there is no ripoff. The bank sent you new terms for your card, as I'm sure you know they can do at any point. They gave you two options :
1 - agree with the terms and do nothing, or
2 - send them a letter in writing stating that you do not agree with their new terms.
