I purchased my Murphy Bed through Murphy Bed Direct in October of 2013 and since it has been the worst decision I have ever made as an otherwise informed consumer.

When I called they told me I could pay a ~$300 rush fee to have it delivered in 2 weeks or less. I opted for this since the purchase was time sensitive and for a business. The unit never came. I was never mailed any invoice or...
