Came here on the recommendation of some friends and had a wonderful experience. Had an issue with my AC and they took a look at it, weren't pushy, fixed it and then took me for a ride to ensure I was happy with it. As a female, I feel like I've been exploited a bit when it comes to mechanics but these guys were very nice and respectful and didn't try to rip me off. I have no issues recommending them to others.
These guys are very knowledgeable of their stuff, professional and efficient. I moved recently and had to find a new mechanic to work on the injector valves. I called around many places and the manager of this place was the first one to diagnose the problem correctly over the phone (I googled the symptoms and already knew what the problem was) and since then I have been going to them. The manager is friendly, courteous and a good man.
When it comes to getting service done on your car the most important thing to me is being able to trust the person's assessment. They do an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the issues and the repairs your car may need without applying pressure to fix them immediately.
I went there for my rear brake work. The store manager, told me that I still had 30% on my rear brakes and my front breaks looked like they had a few more months on them (it had been two years since I replaced these). He said that the squealing was due to a pebble that had cut a groove in one of my front rotors.
I was impressed with their honesty that I asked them to give me a bid on the strut work (my tires had recently been replaced). They offered to do the work - with premium quality struts - for a reasonable $900. I gave them the business on the spot . As a courtesy, Meineke resurfaced my rotor and added low brake indicators for no extra charge. They also gave me a coupon for a free oil change.

Came here with my classic Mercedes. It had a hole in the exhaust system. They were all ready for my 830 appointment. The manager was kind enough to point out where the hole in the exhaust pipe was and welded in a new pipe. It solved the problem. Everything went very timely, promptly & efficiently. Job well done.
