this is the WORST PLACE in Syracuse to get any home medical arts equipment. They have absolutely no idea how to bill insurance claims and they hound you for payment. And when I say hound, i mean hound. They write nasty grams on copies of bills they send to you. You call them and they say
""well, we are selling the business and going through things"". I finally had to call my insurance company and they told me they paid the claim and the date the check was cashed. Then while I was on hold with my insurance company, they got nasty with them too. So here's a tip, if you need this kind...

I had double knee replacement 2/6/2012 and needed the support hose to prevent blood clots. The staff at Medical Arts was extremely patient and tuned into my needs, since I went there prior to surgery and was anxious about my upcoming procedure. I recommend Medical Arts to anyone seeking durable medical equipment and doesn't want to feel like they are just a number, but a human being.

My husband got a new power wheel chair in 2005 and I just got a bill for parts now after he passed in october 2009 and two days before his birthday. It also listed a commode and he got that in the year 1999 and it said 2005. This company after picking up their bed wanted to know where the mattress was and we had turned it in at their convenience over a year before. We had a special variable air pressure on his bed from another company.
