The service department needs to learn what it means to give service to their customers. I had my car detailed few weeks ago, and it came back far from being serviced properly, and they lost some floor mats. I have had to chase them to get it services again and I never get return calls when I leave voice mail. When you pay a premium price for service, you should expect premium service.
