Corporate needs to look at this place

This location is an embarrassment to the McDonalds franchise name. Drink station was filthy. Had not been cleaned in a while. Store was 'sort of' clean. Staff not very friendly.

Drive up is never a good experience

I waited at the drive up for 6 to 7 minutes without any assistance. Finally drove next door to Sparky'sfot something to eat. Found a biscuit and gravy that far exceeds food from McDonalds. Their Fountain drink seemed very fresh and on point with flavor....I have yet to visit this mcDonalds in the early morning hours and received prompt service if any at all. I guess I'm done trying. The lobby is closed for the virus. You can only order on the app or the drive-thru. You can't use the kiosks in the lobby. I took a look at their sandwich prices and my jaw hit the pavement!...

This place doesn't deserve even one star. The worst place ever I've been. I asked three times about BACON Big Mac and after that they gave me regular one without bacon.
