15 minutes to almost anything in Tampa-dining, attractions, malls. Less than 10 minutes to downtown yet right on the water (no beach!) Clean, quiet and security guard. Modestly appointed rooms, but nice and well maintained. Beautiful sunsets, leisurely view Tampa Bay by man made beach, firepits and torches at night. Great stay.

Don't get me wrong.. This is a nice place... The crowd here is "older" and it is a quiet place. There is no beach, just a small sandpit with NO beach access. Views and sunsets are nice.. Staff is helpful.. No "free" shuttle service of any type. Nothing is real east to get to like store, grocery, ice, liquor store....

Friendly staff, good location for Laser Spine Institute patients. Good shuttle service provided at no charge. Flexible check in times which is also great if you are a LSI patient. I didn't find out until 9 or 10 pm that the bed had collapsed Springs on one side. Check the bed out immediately .

A nice place. Amazing location. 4 stars for that. We got a room with a view. The man-made beach was perfect to watch the sunset and place is close enough to clearwater beach area. Service can definitely improve.

I stayed two different times . Everything was great. First time I had a room with a bed in the living room as well as a separate bedroom.
Second time there was a pull out sofa.
Both rooms were great !
