I bet they have great massages, but I wouldn't know. They proudly advertise their acceptance of walk-ins but at least 10 times in the last 2 years I've been turned away by the Atlantic & San Pablo location. A couple times calling ahead only to get there to tell me they can only squeeze me in for a facial. My schedule and 2 jobs doesn't allow me to make appointments for things like this. I won't...

I really think you should have prenatal tables for pregnant people, the table was very uncomfortable for me despite trying different positions. Rebecca was great and very accommodating.

Discontinued my membership after poor experience with front desk person, Myla. The situation was worsened by Brittany, the manager in charge, who tried to characterize Myla's mistake as a "miscommunication". I don't recommend this location at all, based on that experience. Also, I do not like their policy of charging $10 for gifting a service to someone else. IMHO, that's a nickel-and-dime...
