I had a LCD TV that was still under warranty sent to Marvin's by the warranty company. A month later and after three board replacements they still had no clue what was wrong. I finally got the warranty service to refund my purchase price, it's unknown if they ever got my original set fixed.

Our TV went on the blink and was still under warranty. This business is the only option as a repairer. It took two weeks for them to fit us into their schedule because we are on the northside of town. It is a warranty job! They would get paid but no .. we had to wait until it suited them! The woman on the phone was rude and turns out so were the two men that came to the house. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from either them as to what was wrong and what would happen now. So we waited two weeks for an appointment, they were here for 15 mins and now we have at least another week...

The company was selected to replace the lamp on my rear projection tv. The first contact was made after a referral was placed. I had a pleasant conversation with the first employee. I was disappointed when I received a call the next day from a different employee, with an attitude, about my referral. I explained that I already provided the information. This was a Tuesday and was told the lamp should be in on Friday. I asked to pick it up and put it in myself but was told ""no"" it would void the warranty if you touched the lamp and it blew out again. This comment shows the lack of knowledge...

They say they only come to my side of town 1 day a week. I live 8 miles from the store!! Monday is the only day they come to the Westside really??? Ok well I can be home by 3:15 on Mondays. They called can't come today (Monday) because they alreay came by my area what??? Someone is home everyday by 3:15 if we know 24 hours in advance a someone is home all day Wed. and Thurs. every week. How can you not work me in when I live 8 miles away max 12 minutes?? So inflexible!! I will really rethink BestBuy warrenty when buying a TV because I have to deal with this company!!

Would not have these folks fix a toaster much less a Television.Have TV in shop 4 times with same problem. Very poor workmanship
