Great hotel, barely-usable internet

The facilities and staff were great! Like many downtown hotels, you have to use city parking. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel lobby required finding your way through 3 or 4 fire doors, a shopping mall, several connecting corridors and finally an elevator to the 5th floor.

The only real negative was that $400/night for the room did not include WiFi and the "high-speed internet"...

Beautiful room, rowdey party next door, up all night. ...was complemented with a free breakfast buffet in the morning for the rude neighbors. ...i will definitely visit this hotel again and recommend my friends and family.

Beautiful room with an amazing bed and pillows. Views were terrific. Front desk was kind and quick. Only downfall was valet parking at end of trip was so busy took an hour to get our car. Great stay

Brought my kids to Minneapolis for a basketball game. Hotel was in a perfect location close to restaurants, activities, shopping and Target Center. My kids loved the room and everything about the hotel. Staff was very friendly!!
