Hello. I have never written a review before however after the experience we had with the owner, I thought it was important to comment. My husband contacted this woman about possibly walking and working with our overweight dogs. She was very defensive with her emails. My husband was just trying to get some answers to simple questions. I asked to see which service he was having issues with and when he showed me, I knew right away it was the same woman my neighbor had a run in with. She was very quick to pass judgement on my neighbor and the way she handled her dog.My neighbor was floored from...

I agree having too many people having a key is not good. But when you have ONE employee which is the owner, then what? My issue is safety for the animal. And yes, her prices are high. When I tried to call, the phone just kept ringing anyway. Good for you, glad you are happy with her service. Funny, you did not leave your email for anyone to contact. Like I said in the first email, there are many other services out in Boston who have more experience and are cheaper but VERY good. Just because they are cheaper does not mean they are not good. I want to know that my walker has a full staff...

I should have wrote this review weeks ago when I first used Marathon Paws. The owner of the business, who is wonderful, took my huge Lab on a fitness journey. My Lab, like many Labs, is in his own little world when it comes to walking and running, however the owner of the business worked wonders for my dog. She was on time, friendly and knew just what my dog needed....a long run!! I would recommend this business to anyone and am confident all of the business's services are top notch!!
