If you want to be treated like you are the one providing the service, that the staff is doing you a huge favor, and can tolerate unprofessional conduct by staff as well as owner, then this is the right place for you.

At the risk of sounding pretentious, I find it outrageous that the owner would condone such treatment of her clients by her staff. Newsflash: You are hair stylists and nothing more....you chose this path, so deal with it. Otherwise, go to college and pursue a career where you don't have to ""survive"" on tips and be resentful because of it.

It's amazing how people go back to a place after being treated like garbage by the owner of the place. She's rude, obnoxious, and very tough to look at. Looks like an episode of face surgery's gone bad. I guess the reason she's in business still is because she has a great staff working there. Which must be very tough to handle working all day under the same roof as plastic woman. It's no surprise that she's alone in her personal life also as no man could deal with her. I guess karma is a bitch. And truthfully one who is such a biatch has to look at themselves in the mirror and cry. 1-at how...

Makeovers was definitely the go-to salon growing up for all of the ""occasions"" (communions, family parties, proms, etc.), I feel terrible looking back at the amount of money spent on over done & over priced (not to mention, tacky) up-do's, but that was the thing back then & Makeovers did not disappoint. However, I do have a lot to say about the new (or not so new), washed up, rude staff members.

From rude reception that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by stepping foot in the door, who refuse to even acknowledge you unless they finish whatever important task they're...
