I have always enjoyed shopping at Macy's since 1989) - anywhere. Today I had an occasion to shop again , this time for a gift card. I could not get anyone in that dept. so I want the store Manager. Thank goodness, he (Mr. Craig Robbins), was there an handled my problem on the spot. Besides, he explained what was happening and why and then handled my problem without any further ado.
