I moved in a few weeks ago with my husband, two friends of ours, and our two dogs, and so far we are really loving this apartment complex. We don't hear our neighbors, we have a beautiful view of the lake and birdlife as well as a portion of the golf course, which my two dogs enjoy watching. Unresponsive Management and Maintenance

Numerous problems with our smoke detector system having taken nearly a year to get addressed (and are ongoing). When the dishwasher broke off its mount, it was weeks before maintenance finally came, wiggled the dishwasher a bit, then left and closed the ticket.

Our apartment is listed as 1605 sq ft, which includes the screened patio. Our screened patio door was broken and the screen ripped out...

The links is located in such an ideal part of town. Close enough to everything in town. 5 minutes to the town center, 10 minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes to downtown. As for the apartment living they have spacious bedrooms and huge closets and bathrooms. The rent is a bit pricey for the apartment quality. The Links at Windsor Parke is a nice apartment complex. The rooms are quite big and have a large patio for chairs and plants. There is a small pest problem though and had to have maintenance come by.
