We got a car with a great finance rate, the called a week after to tell me it had gone up to 10% - pushy sales people, incompetent Chris Osborne and Jim Osborn BS... OH and The sales man was a 19 YO !!! Come on!!! I was so stupid to fall for that!
They shouldn't play with people emotions by giving you a car then have to return it cos their stupid Finance Director can't finance at the rate that you signed on!
OH and then be treated like you are a delinquent! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! there is BETTER dealerships outthere! and without the BS Osborn Approach
I can't speak to the sales department, but parts and service are both excellent. I've brought my car in for service twice now, and both times Travis went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Both times, my bill was less than I was initially quoted, the service was completed well ahead of schedule, and I left the dealership blown away by how great of an experience I'd had. Thanks so much.
