I attempted to get a refund by calling the manager of this hotel when the circumstances beyond my control altered my trip plans. Not only did she refuse to give me a refund, she was rude. The staff at this hotel are sloppy and do not keep a written record of their interactions with guests regarding bookings and cancellations. I paid for a week and left early. I don't care that I lost money. Our room smelled horrible, was filthy dirty. Breakfast is a joke. Two bins of cereal and a loaf of bread. It's like a satire of a bad hotel, but it's real. Very, truly gross gross gross place. Bad wifi. Tube TV. See my pictures.
