My wife and I have moved 12 times over our 30 year marriage, and we've never experienced anything near as poor as what we have from Kings Moving and Storage. I would NEVER use this company again. Ever! Hired for long distance move. Communication was nonexistent. Missed delivery date by 11 days. Finally called North American customer service (Tina) to get any real help at all. Save your money and rent a U-Haul!

schedule mixup but they made it right

I had a bad I ordered from Costco slated to be delivered by these guys, made arrangements for delivery the week before for that Monday.got a call from them on Monday to make a schedule delivery on Tuesday, they wound up actually delivering the mattress on Monday at the end of the day so they did come through for us.very nice and pleasant delivery guys, polite and courteous. I recommend.
