Had them do some work for me two years ago and they were competent, polite and informative. I needed a similar service today and my experience was completely opposite. I spoke with the owner, Joe for the most part, with the exception of their explanation of what was wrong and what they couldn't do, which included they service I was there for. Joe's I the only place I feel comfortable taking my car. They don't pressure you into any additional work and always charge a fair price.
