Christmas music

Magical and heartwarming Christmas favorites performed in a awesome location. There were solo singers, a choir and dancers to complement the beautiful symphony music. Left feeling so energized and happy.

Top Notch Symphony Performances

Average Rating

The symphony performs in the Jacoby Hall which is part of the Florida Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Jacksonville, FL.
The seating for the orchestra performances is tremendously uncomfortable, especially for individuals who are above average size, for both weight and height. The seats are entirely too narrow and to sit during long performances, it is very...

A Wonderful Orchestra

My wife and I love the Jacksonville Orchestra. And so does my 92 year old mother-in-law! We are season ticket holders and go whenever we can. It's a great venue!

Marvelous Orchestra and Fantastic Acoustics

Average Rating
100

Musicians love great weather as much as the rest of us so it's little surprise that the Jacksonville Symphony has attracted many world-class musicians to its ranks. The concert hall has (as experts attest) acoustics as good as anywhere in the US. At $59 for a box seat this has to be the best value entertainment available - fantastic.

A Performing Arts Gem of NE FL

Average Rating

This Symphony Season has introduced an energetic and passionate orchestra facilitator (he want's the orchestra to lead) with new opportunities to be engaged with our superb musicians. We have been season ticket holders for a number of years for Pops and/or MasterWorks Series. The trek to Jax is worth coming to hear the Jax Symphony perform.
