I left a message on Sunday to set up an appt and the message said I would be contacted the next business day. It's now the end of Wednesday and I haven't heard anything and am waiting in pain. Can someone please check the messages and call me?

My son had to have surgery and everyone was wonderful. The staff kept me informed, communicating what was going on and provided excellent care. Dr. Kaplan and his associates were terrific from the first appointment to discharge. My son has been inspired by his experience and planning on becoming a Physician's Assistant.

The Dr's and staff have always been excellent . I would recommend anyone to them.I had surgery on both wrists and my heel there and all three times the surgeries were successful at stopping my pain. Live Dr Kitay and Dr C .

I have had two total knee replacements in three months. I feel that JOI's professionalism and care was and continues to be, superior...from making appointments...medical knowledge and care to completing important paperwork. in a timely manor.
I would not hesitate for a second, to return to this group, if ever the need arises.
Thank you Dr. Lucie and staff for my new knees and a better life!

Hands down JOI is the best in State. Patients will be treated with dignity and perfection by the best doctors. I had emergency knee surgery and not only was I comforted with the fact I was in the hands of the best, my recovery was awesome. They made sure every step of the way was going well!
