We have lived in a house for almost 4 years and repairs from the very first year we were here have not been made. They do not make repairs, they tell you to go in halves with the owner for the repairs if you want them done. Horrible! Have had to call the code enforcement of pierce county because the dangers of some repairs not made and ignored by this company.
