We provide Urgent Care and Family Medicine. Therefore, you only
pay Low Primary Care Co-pay for your Urgent Care visit. We are
open daily and accept most major insurance carriers. We also
offer self pay options on which the prices are posted on a menu
board, so patients know up-front what their visit costs. Most
Urgent Care facilities do not treat chronic illnesses. Not only do
we treat an urgent episode, we also have the ability to diagnose
and treat ongoing medical illnesses as your primary care
physician. Our goal is to provide excellent care, reasonable price
and convenient for your urgent and primary medical care. Our
doctors are board certified with hospital privileges and provide
assistance with hospital admissions as needed.

First Class Urgent Care

I love this place! Drs. Moosavi and Gargin and all the rest of the staff are kind, professional, and make healthcare a peaceful experience. There is never a wait and I am always in and out quickly. I am also a self-pay patient and I think it is fantastic that the office has a price list posted in the waiting room, so I know upfront how much the visit will cost me and no surprises with the cost at the end of the visit. The prices are fair, in fact, lower than other Urgent Care facilities. I'm so thankful I found this wonderful group of people.

What an awesome and terrific medical clinic

My experiences are very good at Immediate Medical Care.The doctors are thorough and really care about their patients. One day, I was very sick, I walked in, They rushed me into an exam room and seen and treated by doctor right away. The next day, the doctor called me to check on me. I am very impressed with this place and recommend it highly

Love this place! Very homey atmosphere inside and located right downtown Danville. They expanded - so tables with bar and firepit outside. Love that there is outdoor dining almost year round....
