I felt the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Requested a fan for the room, they brought one right up. The room was clean and spacious. We like the different amenities it offered. Close to the entertainment hub of Louisville, as well as walking distance to many other places!
My husband is a platinum rewards member of Hyatt so we stay here on average of 3-4 times per year for work, sometimes a week at a time. It's very nice, located near lots of great food and things to do, but it's always really noisy, and for the price you pay you shouldn't have to be annoyed that much....
I was excited to hear that the downtown Hyatt had been recently renovated. It has, but you just can't hide that this is a child of the 1970s. Remember the big center atrium with the glass elevators? That's this and--despite some updated furniture--it feels... dated. Inside the room, the designer went for "uncluttered", but got "spare" instead. There's no where...
Very pleased with our convention visit. Hotel very nice and great location. Never needed a car as everything was in a 3 to 4 block radius. Great restaurant in hotel (Sway) and would eat there again. Visited Louisville Slugger Factory, Evan Williams Distillery, Belle of Louisville, and took the Trolley de'Ville tour right outside our hotel. A surprisingly good trip!!
Entirely too much money for what we had. You could hear every single noise from other rooms. Stains on bedspreads smelled unclean. Very disappointed. Customer service could not understand any questions I asked
