Trash compactor is always broken. The maitanence men come into apartment without knocking. We had several maintenance request canceled by the office before they were fixed or looked at. You can hear through the walls and mold grows everywhere...toilet,shower, air duct it doesn't matter how much you clean it's back in a day or two max.
The trash compactor is ALWAYS BROKEN with trash spilled out everywhere. The apartments are small and old old old. They will show you a nice look one and put you in a dump where everything is broken cause they dont want to poney up the cash to ix it. One of the sales reps will tell you he kept his AC at 68 degrees every day and never turned off and only had a $60 electric bill but I have had...
The apartment is not perfect, the bar in the kitchen is so close to the front door it made moving my couch in difficult:) but overall it's a nice place and the staff is efficient and they are always polite. They also spray for bugs much more regularly than most places I've stayed, which is a nice bonus.
