The location was great.\n\nI didn't like the checking time. There were too many guest checking at one time. It took us an hour to check in. And the elevators took a long time. And the room needed to be updated.

Did not like anything about this hotel. Family trip turn out to be really bad experience because of this hotel.\n\nCheck in time is at 5pm. Very late, and we still did not get a room until 7pm. Unacceptable. Only two very slow elevators for 10 floors. They are very punctual for your check out time. They charge for parking.\n\nThe customer service from the from desk attendants was very poor.
