Stef was a delight. Late on Friday with lots of other customers, I was worried that my requests would annoy the staff. I was coming from the bank and wanted to send some investment documents to a broker without going home first, so there was lots of copying and collating to do. It all went off without a hitch, and I felt like I was the only customer in the room. Excellent service!
