I started going to this dentist for basic general dentistry like cleanings, checkups, annual x-rays, and for a molar filling. But when the crown on my front tooth got chipped I needed to have it replaced. I was nervous about getting it replaced since it was one of my two front teeth and therefore quite important for my appearance. I am a successful working professional so my physical appearance is very important. I knew that replacing a crown was a relatively simple procedure, and since I had been going to Dr. Paul Wohlgemuth for my general dentistry needs for about a year and half, I decided to have him replace the crown. I later actually decided to have both of my 2 front crowns replaced so they're wouldn't be any problems with them not matching each other. Although it was not a mistake to decide on having my 2 crowns replaced it was a mistake for me to have hired this dentist to do the job. I spent the next 6 months going back and forth to his office due to the crowns coming back misshapen and looking the complete opposite of what I was asking for in terms of the shape and angle of them. I was utterly frustrated and confused at this ongoing situation since I had given him very detailed written and verbal descriptions of how they should be which was simply exactly the way my natural teeth were in terms of shape, angle etc. I eventually started to think as time passed by that the dentist was purposely making these mistakes as a passive aggressive way of getting back at me. The office was extremely chaotic all the time and the dentist seemed so rushed and everything I said seemed to go in one ear and out the there. I was mislead as well when after so many failed attempts at getting the crowns right we agreed that they would start from scratch with 2 new crown models, but it turned out in the end the dentist came back with the same models that were so messed up. The dentist started passing off the work to his nurse who began doing all the work when I would come back to try the crowns on to see if they had finally come back correct. I eventually gave up after 6 months as it became clear that the crowns were going to keep coming back in the opposite of what I was asking for. I ended up just having them put the faulty crowns in since this whole experience was taking up so much time and had effected my work, since I travel a lot with my job. I would have to go on business trips with two temporary crowns right smack in the front of my mouth that were greenish in color so every time I smiled it was embarrassing. I brought all this to the dentist's attention but the problems and nonchalance about the matter just continued. I even had to deal with this issue over the Christmas holiday season. Although I haven't had them replaced yet, I do plan on having these crowns replaced since they are not correct but because the experience dealing with Dr. Wohlgemuth was so traumatizing I haven't been able to deal with it yet, as the whole experience was extremely stressful and took up so much of my personal and professional time.
If you are stuck behind a school bus and show up 10 minutes late the Paul Wohlgemuth won't see you. I am in the business of making things work, but apparently dentistry doesn't require the basics of customer service. I'd have taken 10 minutes off of my apt. but they have NO respect for how difficult it is to step away from my busy work. They should be ashamed.
I finally stopped in for dinner and am so pleased I did. Don't let the location stop you from checking this family owned restaurant out. Siena's ingredients are always fresh, and the food is beautifully prepared. I especially recommend the eggplant parmesan. The explant is thinly sliced, not overly breaded, and baked in just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Their tossed salad is wonderful, especially when served with their homemade vinaigrette.
First time to dine at Sieana's. The four of us had an enjoyable experience. The Calamari was excellent as an appetizer. All of our various servings were good. Service was outstanding. We will be back.
We took my grandparents to Siena's to celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary, as it's their favorite Italian restaurant! The menu has many choices, all of them wonderful! I was in the mood for seafood, so I ordered the Shrimp Arrabiata. Others ordered Chicken Marsala and Parm. They start you off with warm, crusty bread and kept the iced teas flowing....
