Based on our family's experience, this is a very poorly run facility for Assisted Living residents, and a dangerous place for Memory Care. Twenty-seven days after my parents moved into Harbor Chase, the family called for a meeting with the Executive Director to discuss concerns about my father's care: doctor's orders not being followed; family not notified of a scabies outbreak at the facility; ongoing medication errors; residents in Memory Care left unattended; and other health and safety issues. I don't know if the lady who wrote the other review was at the same HarborChase, but my parent have lived there for a while now and they are as happy as they can be! The staff is extremely good, they pay attention to even the smallest details, they get their medicine on time and when anything is wrong I immediately hear from one of the nurses. Candice is our favorite! When we heard from another family this review was out for Harbor Chase we were baffled. HarborChase has been absolutely wonderful from the start! My wife and I were able to use them not only to move my mom in but also as a resource for additional community options for us. Sally was wonderful! She toured us around the community and was very honest with what our expectations should be. We were greeted during the tour by multiple care takers in the community.
