Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Easy walking location to Market Square for great restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and not rubber eggs! Would recommend if looking for downtown location.

This hotel has an amazing staff to welcome you into the hotel. The room was open and clean. The hotel is across the road from the Convention Center as I was there on business. Just a few blocks away from the Market Center there are nice restaurants and open walking to mingle with others. The hotel even served delicious cookies...

The staff was great. They provided assistance for me with several small things I needed done. Also, when I was ready to leave the hotel, I learned my battery was dead. Their employee Justin Daly quickly obtained his jumper cables and gave me a boost so that I could get on my way.

This hotel provided excellent service at check in and clean rooms. It was very easy to get to in the city, and located in a section I really enjoyed. I would love to see more healthy (whole-grain, low sugar) options at breakfast.

It's about 5 blocks away from downtown Knoxville which I thought it was a little closer but the walk wasn't bad. The rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast in the morning was great. Great selection - the eggs tasted a little funny but besides that everything was perfect! Front desk attendants were very helpful and nice as well....
